Mama & Harlem Co. is a heart-led brand created by a mama and her son. Together we make children’s books, rituals, and tools that help families nurture emotional awareness, resilience, and energetic protection. Our first storybook, Harlem & the Golden Bubble, and our Golden Bubble Spray are the beginning of a growing collection.

Our storybooks and rituals are designed for children ages 3–10, but we believe feelings are sacred at any age. Parents, caregivers, and educators also use our tools in classrooms, therapy sessions, and family rituals.

The Golden Bubble began as a bedtime practice between mama and son. It’s a simple visualization that helps children feel safe, calm, and protected in their own energy. We turned it into a storybook and a spray so families everywhere can bring this ritual into their homes.

Our spray is handmade in small batches in Kelowna, BC. It’s made with pure essential oils, spring water, and loving intention. No synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals are used — only safe, gentle ingredients chosen for children.

Yes. Our formula is created with little ones in mind. We always recommend spraying it around your child’s aura, room, or bedding rather than directly on skin.

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. More countries will be added soon.

Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
